Booking & Refund Info

At Jumper Bros LLC, we provide rental services, not physical product sales. Because of this, we do not offer traditional “returns.” Instead, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy for all bookings.

• 48 hours or more before the scheduled event:
  No payment will be captured. Your booking may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty.
• Less than 48 hours before the scheduled event:
  The booking may be considered a late cancellation. If services are substantially prepared or scheduled, the service may be considered fulfilled.
• Same-day cancellations or customer unavailability:
  Cancellations due to lack of access, insufficient setup space, unsafe setup conditions, or customer unavailability may be considered a completed service.

Safety is our top priority.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (including heavy rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15–20 mph):

• Before delivery:
  The event may be rescheduled, and no payment will be captured.
• After delivery and setup:
  The service is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.

If Jumper Bros LLC is unable to deliver services due to an internal issue (such as equipment failure, staffing issues, or vehicle breakdown), no payment will be captured, or a full refund will be issued if payment was already processed.

Customers are responsible for additional charges resulting from:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Excessive cleaning (food, drinks, paint, glitter, gum, etc.)
• Missing items (stakes, blowers, tarps, extension cords)

Any applicable fees may be charged to the payment method on file after service delivery.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
• For Klarna or other installment payments, refunds are handled directly through the payment provider according to their terms.

If you choose to pay using Klarna, Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For questions regarding Klarna payments or refunds, please contact Klarna directly or visit their website.
