Welcome to Jumper Bros LLC. By booking a rental through our website, phone, or any communication channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a reservation.

• No deposit is required to book our services.
• All payments are collected only after the rental service has been fully delivered and completed.
• Orders are captured once the equipment has been delivered and set up at the customer’s location.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods, including Klarna where available.
• Prices listed on our website are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

• Delivery includes setup of the rental equipment in one designated area.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup location is:
  
  • Flat, clean, and free of debris
  • Large enough to safely accommodate the equipment
  • Within 75 feet of a working electrical outlet (for inflatable units)
• Jumper Bros LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe or unsuitable.
• Pickup times may vary and can occur earlier or later than scheduled based on routing and daylight conditions.

By booking, you agree to:

• Supervise all participants at all times
• Follow all safety rules and staff instructions
• Keep equipment dry unless it is a water-approved unit
• Prevent food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, pets, confetti, face paint, or silly string from entering the unit
• Avoid climbing, flipping, roughhousing, or misuse of equipment

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessive dirt, mud, or food inside the unit
• Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or misuse
• Water found in dry-only units
• Missing equipment or accessories
• Smoke or strong odors

If equipment is damaged beyond repair, the customer may be responsible for the full replacement cost.

For safety reasons, Jumper Bros LLC may cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Heavy rain
• High winds (15 mph or higher)
• Thunderstorms
• Unsafe temperatures

If Jumper Bros LLC cancels due to weather before delivery, no payment will be captured.
Once the equipment has been delivered and set up, the service is considered fulfilled.

• Customer cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
• Cancellations made after this timeframe or cancellations due to lack of access, space, unsafe setup conditions, or customer unavailability may be considered a completed service.

• Jumper Bros LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or hazardous behavior.
• By booking, you acknowledge that inflatable rentals carry inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for participant safety.
• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jumper Bros LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the equipment.

All rental equipment remains the sole property of Jumper Bros LLC.
Customers may not move, relocate, or alter equipment without prior approval.

Customer information (name, address, phone number, email) is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery. Jumper Bros LLC does not sell or share personal information.

If you choose to pay using Klarna, Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For more information or questions regarding Klarna payments, please visit Klarna’s website or contact Klarna directly.
